RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with you order! If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us by email within one week of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging. A refund will be issued in the same method of original payment, not including shipping, once the item has been received and inspected.
- All international purchases are final.
- All clearance items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
We are more than happy to exchange unworn items within two weeks of delivery. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email email@example.com within two weeks of receiving your item. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will add your new item to our order list.
We will happily replace your items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the shipment of a replacement pair.
